About Me

I’ve spent the last 8+ years in recruiting. Starting in sourcing and coordination before moving into full-cycle recruiting and, eventually, recruiting operations. I've worked across tech companies ranging in size from 30 to 5,000 employees (automotive, mental health and HR software industries). Over the past 4 years, I’ve specialized in Recruiting Operations.

 

I’ve been using Ashby for 4 years and have led everything from initial business case development to full-scale implementation. This included building a comprehensive proposal to transition to Ashby -- an in-depth evaluation of our recruiting processes, workflows, policies, metrics, and cost projections over 5 years (you can learn more about that in my customer story with Ashby).

 

Once approved, I led the full Ashby rollout: data migration, system setup, enablement, launch planning, and custom buildouts. I also served as the lead for all new Ashby feature implementations—evaluating how each release fit into our broader strategy and building scalable processes, workflows, and policies around them.

 

Beyond my work with Ashby, I’ve led recruiting operations strategy and roadmap development across multiple organizations. This has included shaping policies, optimizing candidate experience, building data and reporting programs, and managing the broader TA tech ecosystem. I’ve also supported workforce planning, performance management, and compensation cycles while driving end-to-end process design and improvement. My experience spans across building sourcing strategies, job and offer approvals, defining core competency across organizations and jobs, building out a candidate experience model, defining referral programs, data hygiene strategies, enhanced scheduling solutions, vendor management, and streamlining in-take and new hire processes.
